Personal Data Processing Policy

This Policy governs the processing of personal data of users of the grandgalore.xyz website and the Grand Galore Tarot application (the Website and the Application).
Operator: Maksim Vladimirovich Kuznetsov (Кузнецов Максим Владимирович), an individual applying the special tax regime “Tax on Professional Income” (self-employed), taxpayer identification number (INN) 591907895807, St. Petersburg, Russia. For personal data inquiries: thearchitect@grandgalore.xyz.
1. Data we process
Depending on how the Website and Application are used, the Operator may process:
- a Telegram user ID, email address, or connected cryptocurrency wallet address, depending on the chosen sign-in method;
- interface language and profile information provided by the user;
- selected cards and spreads, user questions, Application responses, and interaction history;
- purchase details: the digital item, amount, currency, date, payment identifier, and payment status;
- technical data needed to operate and protect the Website and Application: IP address, device and browser information, technical logs, and cookies.
The Operator does not request a date, time, or place of birth to create Tarot spreads. Full bank card details are entered with the payment service and are not stored by the Operator.
2. Purposes and legal grounds
Data is processed to register and sign in users, provide spreads and responses, record purchases, handle inquiries, maintain security, and comply with legal requirements. The legal grounds are performance of a contract with the user, legal obligations, and the user's consent where required. Marketing messages are sent only with separate consent.
The Operator does not use questions and responses to make decisions with legal consequences for the user solely through automated processing.
3. Data sharing
The Operator shares only the data needed to provide the service with sign-in and communication services, payment services, infrastructure providers, and artificial intelligence model providers that generate responses to questions. Depending on the payment method, Telegram Stars, TON, and Robokassa are used. The text of a question and spread details may be sent to an artificial intelligence model provider to generate a response. Payment and technical services process data under their own rules within their respective roles.
Data may also be provided to authorized government authorities where required by law. The Operator does not make users' personal data public.
4. Cookies
Essential cookies are used to operate the Website. Analytics cookies are used with Yandex Metrica only after the user consents by clicking “Accept” in the cookie notice. Refusing analytics cookies does not restrict access to Website features. The user may withdraw consent and restrict cookies in browser settings. See the Cookie Policy.
As stated in the Website's Cookie Policy, Yandex Metrica data is processed in anonymized and aggregated form; the Operator does not transfer data collected through cookies across borders.
5. Retention, protection, and user rights
Data is retained until the purpose of processing is achieved, consent is withdrawn, or a period set by law or contract expires. The Operator then deletes or anonymizes the data unless further retention is required by law. The Operator restricts access to data and takes necessary organizational and technical security measures.
A user may request information about the processing of their data, have it corrected, request blocking or deletion where grounds exist, withdraw consent, and apply to a competent authority or court. Requests may be sent to thearchitect@grandgalore.xyz. Withdrawal of consent does not stop processing based on another lawful ground.
The Operator may update this Policy. The current version is published on the Website.
