Consent to Transfer Personal Data to Third Parties

I, a user of the grandgalore.xyz website and the Grand Galore Tarot application, consent to the transfer of my personal data by Maksim Vladimirovich Kuznetsov (Кузнецов Максим Владимирович), a self-employed individual (INN 591907895807), to third parties to the extent necessary for these purposes:

Sign-in and operation: an authentication service chosen by the user and technical infrastructure providers may receive an account identifier, email address or cryptocurrency wallet address, device information, and technical data.
Purchasing digital items: Telegram, Robokassa, or participants in a TON payment may receive a user identifier and details of the item, amount, currency, and payment status. The Operator does not receive the full bank card number.
Generating responses: artificial intelligence model providers may receive the text of the question and details of the selected spread and cards. Users should not include another person's data in a question without a lawful basis.
Website analytics: Yandex Metrica processes analytics cookie data only after the separate consent described in the Cookie Policy.

Transfer is permitted for the collection, recording, storage, use, and deletion of data within these purposes. The Operator may also provide data to government authorities in response to a lawful request. This consent does not permit publishing data for an unrestricted audience.

The consent remains in effect until these purposes are achieved or it is withdrawn. Withdrawal requests may be sent to thearchitect@grandgalore.xyz.
