Maksim Vladimirovich Kuznetsov (Кузнецов Максим Владимирович), a self-employed individual subject to the Tax on Professional Income (INN 591907895807), hereinafter the Provider, offers adult users a contract for paid digital features of the Grand Galore Tarot application on the following terms. This Offer is published on the grandgalore.xyz website.
1. Service
Grand Galore Tarot is an application for Tarot spreads and reflection on users' questions. It is available as a Telegram Mini App and through the website. Users choose a spread and cards, may ask a question, and receive a written interpretation, which may be generated with artificial intelligence.
Spreads and responses are intended for reflection and entertainment. They do not predict future events. The Application does not provide psychological counseling, psychotherapy, or diagnosis, and does not replace medical, legal, or financial advice.
Users evaluate the results of spreads independently and are responsible for decisions and actions based on them. The Provider is not liable for the consequences of those decisions and actions, except where the Provider's liability cannot be excluded by law.
2. Purchases and payment
Paid features are provided in exchange for FORTUNA units or other digital items shown in the Application. The package contents, number of units, price, and currency are shown before payment. The terms displayed when a particular purchase is made apply to that purchase.
Depending on the sign-in method and available interface, users may pay with Telegram Stars, TON, or Russian rubles through Robokassa. Payments are processed by the relevant payment service under its rules. The Provider does not receive or store full bank card numbers.
Paying for a selected item after reviewing this Offer constitutes acceptance of the Offer and formation of a contract. Once payment is confirmed, the purchased digital item is credited to the user's account. Using paid features reduces the relevant balance under the terms displayed in the Application. Automatic subscription renewal and recurring charges are not offered. If an item is not credited, the user may contact the Provider at thearchitect@grandgalore.xyz with payment details.
3. Use of the Application
Users provide the information needed to sign in and create a selected spread and are responsible for the content of their questions. They should not provide another person's personal data without a lawful basis. Users must protect access to their accounts and devices.
The Provider makes paid features available once payment is confirmed. Operation of the Application depends on internet access, Telegram, payment services, and third-party technical systems. The Provider addresses technical faults within a reasonable time.
Responses may be inaccurate or fail to meet a user's expectations. The Provider does not guarantee any particular result from a spread or that any described event will occur. The Application may restrict questions that violate the law or the service's safety rules.
4. Refunds and inquiries
Users may send refund requests, reports of technical errors, or complaints to thearchitect@grandgalore.xyz. The Provider considers each request in light of the amount of digital features actually provided and used, the payment method, and the requirements of Russian law. This Offer does not limit consumer rights established by law.
A request should include contact details, the payment date and identifier, the item purchased, and the reason for the request. Full bank card details are not required.
5. Data and materials
Personal data is processed under the Personal Data Processing Policy. Users retain rights to the text of their own questions. The Application's materials, including its design, cards, and software code, are protected by law; use beyond personal purposes requires permission from the rights holder.
The Provider may update this Offer by publishing a new version on the Website. Items already paid for remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of purchase, unless the law requires otherwise. Disputes are resolved under the laws of the Russian Federation.
