Grand Galore Tarot User Agreement

1. General provisions
This Agreement governs use of grandgalore.xyz and Grand Galore Tarot, available through the website and Telegram (the Service).
The Service is provided by Maksim Vladimirovich Kuznetsov (Кузнецов Максим Владимирович), a self-employed individual subject to the Tax on Professional Income, INN 591907895807, St. Petersburg, Russia (the Operator). A User is an adult individual using the Service.
This Agreement is the Operator's offer to enter into a contract for use of the Service. By proceeding with registration or sign-in after being presented with the Agreement link in the authentication form, the User accepts its terms. Users who disagree must refrain from registration, sign-in, and use of Service features.
Purchases, paid digital features, payments, and refunds are governed separately by the Public Offer. The Offer applies to purchases. This Agreement does not replace consent that must be obtained separately under applicable law.
2. Purpose and features
The Service allows Users to choose Tarot spreads and cards, ask questions, and receive interpretations, including AI-generated responses. Available features, free capabilities, and limits are displayed in the interface. Paid actions are subject to the terms displayed before purchasing or using the relevant feature.
Readings and responses are for reflection and entertainment. They do not predict future events, provide psychological counseling, psychotherapy, or diagnosis, or replace medical, legal, or financial advice. Users evaluate responses and make their own decisions.
3. Registration and access
Some features require an account. Sign-in methods are displayed in the interface and may include email, Telegram, a connected wallet, and a passkey. If no account exists, one is created through the sign-in procedure provided by the Service.
Users must provide accurate information as necessary and retain control over their sign-in methods. One-time codes, passkeys, and other authentication credentials must not be shared. Suspected unauthorized access should be reported to thearchitect@grandgalore.xyz.
Users may stop using the Service and request account deletion at the same address. Personal data deletion and legally required retention are governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable law. Stopping use does not cancel obligations arising from completed purchases or rights to refunds under the law and the Offer.
4. Rules of use
Users must comply with applicable law and respect others' rights. Users must not:
- use the Service for unlawful activities, threats, fraud, or prohibited materials;
- submit other people's personal data, confidential information, or protected materials without a lawful basis;
- obtain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or infrastructure;
- bypass access or payment restrictions, interfere with the Service, or generate traffic that disrupts its availability;
- use the Service's code, design, or materials beyond permitted use without the rights holder's permission, except as allowed by law.
If a violation or security threat is identified, the Operator may restrict affected requests or access as necessary. Users may contact the Operator to learn the reasons and request review. Restrictions do not remove statutory rights relating to paid features.
5. Artificial intelligence and results
The Service may send questions and spread information to AI model providers to generate responses, as described in the Privacy Policy. Users should not include information they are not entitled to submit for such processing.
Automatically generated responses may contain errors, fictional information, or content similar to responses given to other Users. The Operator does not guarantee accuracy, uniqueness, legal protection, or a particular outcome. Users must verify significant information before relying on it.
Automated safety systems of the Service and model providers may reject requests or limit generation. If a confirmed technical error consumes a paid feature without delivering a result, the User may submit a report describing the error and identifying the purchase or reading. Reports are handled under the Offer and applicable law.
Users retain rights to their own question text. Submission authorizes the Operator to process that text as necessary to fulfill the request and provide related Service features. Submission alone does not authorize public disclosure or marketing messages. Responses may be used subject to law and third-party rights; exclusive rights to generated results are not automatically guaranteed.
6. Personal data
The Privacy Policy describes data categories, purposes, legal bases, recipients, retention, and User rights. Cookie terms are set out in the Cookie Policy.
Where consent is required, it is obtained separately in the manner required by law. Acceptance of this Agreement does not replace separate consent to marketing messages. Data requests and consent withdrawals may be sent to thearchitect@grandgalore.xyz.
7. Availability and liability
The Service depends on internet access, User equipment, Telegram, payment services, infrastructure, and AI providers. Maintenance, updates, and temporary unavailability may occur. The Operator takes necessary measures to resolve faults but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or responses that meet User expectations.
Each party is responsible for its actions under Russian law. Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or restricts statutory consumer rights. Purchase complaints and refunds are governed by the Offer.
8. Changes and enquiries
The Operator may publish a new version with its date. New terms apply to use after they take effect; material changes are communicated through the Service before application. Users who disagree may stop using the Service and request account deletion. Changes do not worsen the terms of already purchased products unless required by law.
Enquiries and complaints may be sent to thearchitect@grandgalore.xyz. Russian law applies. Disputes are resolved as provided by law, including consumer jurisdiction rules. Invalidity of one provision does not invalidate the remaining provisions.
